While the bar may appear inviting from the outside , what I found behind its walls was shocking and unacceptable on multiple levels .

The floors were sticky , and a nauseating aroma of old alcohol and neglected washrooms polluted the entire bar . With a smell of a mixture of excrement , a rotting odor and sickness . The counter , which should be the focal point of any pub, was overflowing with soiled cups and trash that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks . The lavatory was in even a more revolting state —overflowing , with a snapped lever and surfaces marked in what I can only assume was human waste .
